Her best finish at a major championship is tied second at the 2000 U.S. Women's Open. She was a member of the United States Solheim Cup team in 2002 and 2003.
Kerr's best friend on tour is Natalie Gulbis, and Donald Trump is an off-course friend, as Kerr made an appearance on an episode of the third edition of NBC's The Apprentice in 2005. She has been engaged twice, and had both engagements fall apart. She is currently dating Erik Stevens, who heads up a company that is developing a sports complex in Brooklyn. Kerr lives in Manhattan on a part-time basis. Mutual of Omaha is Kerr's sponsor.
